Not too long ago my Google search history was a laundry list of newborn questions. A stranger peeking in would FOR SURE have thought - this girl has no clue.
Maybe you’ve read the books, maybe you haven’t. Maybe you thought it would come naturally to you, or you would just figure it out. The reality is though - for as special & magical that the newborn time is, it can be really really tough.
I want for you to enjoy those newborn snuggles to the fullest, without falling deep down the Google rabbit hole. I want to walk with you offering support, guidance, and a [virtual] shoulder to lean on when you need it. Let me take out the guess-work and replace it with mother lovin’ confidence.
This is not sleep training. Is it, however, the development of healthy sleep habits, teaching you how to read the sleepy signals your babe is sending, and instilling in you the knowledge to confidently navigate sleep as your babe grows.
Your newborn will be going down well for naps, getting those restorative stretches of nighttime sleep, and developing healthy sleep habits that they will carry with them for life.
